Twenty years ago, Sean Lee- Davies might have defined luxury by private islands and Michelin-starred meals, but a striking revelation shifted his trajectory. \u201cSome of the happiest people I met weren\u2019t necessarily the wealthiest,\u201d he notes. Today, Lee-Davies measures wealth differently. \u201cThese days I think the biggest luxury is waking up feeling good; having the energy to play sports with friends; being mentally present when you\u2019re with your family.\u201d This redefinition drives his latest venture, CLCX, a Social Longevity Club. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Lee- Davies, wellness isn\u2019t a clinical obsession with cheating death or tracking every biomarker. The real magic happens when people recover, share ideas, and brave an ice bath together. \u201cLongevity shouldn\u2019t feel clinical. It should feel social,\u201d he explains. \u201cI honestly think community may be one of the most overlooked forms of medicine we have.\u201d His career pivot from luxury storytelling to environmental advocacy, and now longevity, isn\u2019t actually a leap. \u201cEnvironmentalism taught me that everything is interconnected. Longevity is really the same lesson, just on a different scale,\u201d he says. \u201cI don\u2019t think we\u2019ll ever create a truly healthy society if we\u2019re living on an unhealthy planet.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When it comes to his personal space, Lee-Davies eschews expensive biohacking gadgets for intentional environments prioritizing natural light and real conversation. \u201cI don\u2019t think wellness comes from buying more things. Sometimes it comes from simplifying what\u2019s already around us,\u201d he reflects, drawing on Eastern philosophies like feng shui and modern biophilic design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the longevity movement can sometimes breed an anxious perfectionism, Lee-Davies advocates a more joyful approach. Ageing is inevitable; the goal is preserving curiosity and capability. \u201cIf longevity is driven by fear of death, I think we\u2019ve missed the point,\u201d he says. \u201cIf it\u2019s driven by a love of life, that\u2019s a much healthier place to start.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Though AI will soon democratize personalized health, he insists the most effective interventions\u2014sleep, walking daily, eating real food\u2014are simple. Technology should enhance these habits, not distract from them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If granted another twenty healthy years, Lee-Davies wouldn\u2019t spend them passively ticking off a bucket list. \u201cI\u2019d spend them building,\u201d he asserts. Through his upcoming venture, AURIQA, he is creating curated luxury travel experiences rooted in vitality. Simultaneously, his platform, The Conscious Future, tackles the defining challenge of our era: how to remain human, healthy, and wise in an increasingly technological world. Ultimately, a life well-spent isn\u2019t about hitting the century mark. It is about creating healthier communities, inspiring self-care, and leaving the ecosystem better than he found it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
